14. Subscription and Payment Policy

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Plan: Subscribers who choose the Monthly Plan will be billed monthly. The billing cycle is anchored to the subscription start date, with the billing date shifting in subsequent months if the initial billing date does not recur (e.g., a subscription starting on January 31st will bill next on February 28th or 29th, and so on).
• 12-Month Plan: Subscribers who choose the 12-Month Plan will be billed a single payment at the start of the 12-month period.
• Payment Processing: We rely on Stripe for secure payment processing and accept most major credit and debit cards.
• Billing and Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew according to their billing cycle, which is determined by the initial subscription start date. Subscribers may cancel at any time to halt future billing.
• Price Changes: Bet Investor Ltd. may modify pricing and will provide at least 30 days’ notice of such changes.
• Refunds: All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once a Subscriber has purchased a plan.
• Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime to prevent future billing.
• Unsubscribing from Emails: Unsubscribing from email communications does not cancel your subscription. Subscribers must cancel their subscription separately via their account or through Stripe to prevent further charges.
• Failed Payments: Service access may be suspended until resolution of any payment issues.
• Taxes: Listed prices do not account for any applicable taxes.
